You choose a monthly plan based on how much laundry you typically have. We pick up, clean, fold, and deliver it back to you on a consistent schedule. Everything is handled under one flat monthly rate.

What happens if I go over my monthly pounds?

No problem. Any extra laundry is simply billed at your plan’s discounted per-pound rate. No penalties, no interruptions.

Do unused pounds roll over?

Yes. If you don’t use all your laundry in a given month, it rolls over to the next. Your plan works with your schedule.

Is there a minimum order?

Not with a pass. You can send laundry whenever you need without worrying about hitting a minimum.

How fast is turnaround?

Most Laundry Club orders are returned within 24 hours. You’ll always know your delivery window ahead of time.

Are pickup and delivery really free?

Yes. With a pass, pickup and delivery are always included. No extra fees.
